F.2 | LIMITED AUTHORIZATION
We extend a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable authorization to access and utilize our content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to our services.
F.3 | RESTRICTIONS
You may not alter, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without express written authorization.

G.2 | LIABILITY CONSTRAINTS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STSP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE UTILIZATION.
G.3 | MAXIMUM LIABILITY
Our aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount remitted for the specific service giving rise to such claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STSP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your service utilization or Framework violation.
╔════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ ║ ARTICLE I: DURATION AND CESSATION ║ ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝
I.1 | EFFECTIVE PERIOD
This Framework remains operative until terminated by either party.
I.2 | CLIENT-INITIATED CESSATION
You may terminate this Framework by discontinuing service utilization and providing written notification.
I.3 | STSP-INITIATED CESSATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, with or without cause.
I.4 | POST-CESSATION EFFECTS
Upon termination, your service utilization rights cease immediately, but provisions that by their nature should persist shall remain effective.

K.1 | GOVERNING STATUTES
This Framework shall be interpreted according to the laws of the state where STSP is headquartered, disregarding conflict of law principles.
K.2 | ARBITRATION
Any disputes arising from this Framework shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association procedures.
K.3 | COLLECTIVE ACTION WAIVER
You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations regarding Framework-related disputes.
